3. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are fully covered by ORGAM for defective or incorrect items. However, if customs or import fees are applied to the shipment, these fees remain the customer's responsibility. ORGAM does not provide refunds if these fees are refused.

4. Refunds and Exchanges

Returns may result in an exchange for a similar product of equal value or, if applicable, a refund, provided that the return has been accepted by our customer service and meets the conditions outlined in this policy.

5. Restrictions

ORGAM does not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Refusal to pay customs fees, local taxes, or any other fees outside the scope of shipping fees covered by ORGAM.
  • Products returned without prior approval from customer service.
  • Products that are used, damaged, or incomplete.
